MOQ & Pricing

Minimum order quantities and price structure

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 500 units per model for regular production orders. For new customers or trial orders, we can discuss a lower quantity depending on the product type. OEM/ODM orders with custom logo or packaging typically require a higher MOQ -- please contact us for a specific quote based on your needs.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on several factors:

  • Product model, capacity, and specifications
  • Inner pot material and heating plate type
  • OEM customization scope (logo, color, packaging)
  • Order quantity -- larger orders receive better unit pricing
  • Required certifications for your target market
Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Unit prices decrease as order quantities increase. We offer tiered pricing for orders of 1,000+, 3,000+, and 10,000+ units. Long-term repeat customers and exclusive regional distributors can also negotiate preferential pricing. Please share your estimated annual volume when requesting a quote so we can provide the most competitive offer.

Samples

Sample availability, cost, and lead time

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we strongly encourage customers to evaluate a sample before committing to a bulk order. We can provide existing stock samples or produce a pre-production sample based on your specifications. This allows you to verify product quality, appearance, and performance before production begins.

Is there a charge for samples?

Standard catalog samples are charged at the sample unit price plus international shipping cost. The sample fee is typically refundable upon placing a confirmed bulk order. Custom OEM samples with your logo or special specifications may involve additional tooling or setup fees depending on the scope of customization.

How long does it take to receive a sample?

Stock samples can be dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom OEM samples typically take 7-15 business days to prepare depending on the customization requirements. International shipping time varies by destination (typically 5-10 days via express courier).

Can you accommodate urgent or rush orders?

We can accommodate urgent orders subject to current production capacity. Please contact us as early as possible with your required delivery date. Rush orders for standard models may be fulfilled faster if materials are in stock. Additional charges may apply for expedited production scheduling.

When does the lead time countdown start?

Production lead time starts from the date we receive your deposit payment and confirmed order details -- including approved artwork, specifications, and any other customization requirements. Delays in artwork approval or specification confirmation will affect the final delivery date.

Accepted payment methods and terms

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

T/T (Bank Transfer) L/C (Letter of Credit) Western Union PayPal (samples only)

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) is the most common method for B2B bulk orders. L/C is available for larger orders from established buyers.

What are the standard payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment (against copy of B/L or shipping documents). For new customers, full payment in advance may be required for the first order. Long-term partners with established trust may discuss more flexible terms.

What certifications do KENLY products hold?

KENLY is an ISO 9001-certified factory. Our products carry the following certifications depending on the model and target market:

Can you help obtain certifications for my target market?

Yes. We can assist with certification applications for your target market. We work with accredited third-party testing laboratories and can provide test reports, technical documentation, and product samples for certification purposes. Please inform us of your market requirements at the start of the project so we can factor certification timelines into your delivery schedule.

Can I use your existing certificates under my brand name?

In most cases, certifications are issued to the certificate holder (KENLY) and cannot be directly transferred to your brand name. However, we can provide test reports and technical files to support your own certification application. For certain markets, we can also assist in applying for new certificates in your company's name. Please discuss your specific requirements with our team.

Custom branding, design, and private-label

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing)

You provide the design specifications and we manufacture to your exact requirements. Your brand name and logo are applied to our existing product structures. Ideal for buyers who have a clear product vision.

ODM (Original Design Manufacturing)

We design and develop the product for you based on your market needs and requirements. You receive a fully developed product under your brand. Ideal for buyers who want a unique product without in-house R&D.

Do you sign NDA or exclusivity agreements?

Yes. We respect intellectual property and are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing sensitive design information. Regional exclusivity agreements can also be discussed for customers committing to sufficient annual volumes. Please contact us to discuss the terms.

Packaging

Box design, labeling, and carton options

Can you print my brand name and logo on the packaging?

Yes. We provide full custom packaging with your brand name, logo, product images, specifications, barcode, and any other required information. We support both color printing and single-color printing. You can provide your own artwork files (AI, PDF format preferred) or our design team can assist with layout at a small additional cost.

What types of packaging are available?

We offer various packaging options to suit different market and retail requirements:

  • Color box -- full-color printed retail packaging, suitable for supermarkets and retail stores
  • White box / brown box -- plain packaging for wholesale or B2B shipments
  • Gift box -- premium packaging for higher-end product positioning
  • Outer carton -- standard export cartons with carton marks per your requirements
Can you include a user manual in my local language?

Yes. We can produce user manuals in your required language(s). You may provide the translation, or we can arrange translation services. Manuals can be printed and included inside the retail box, or inserted as separate booklets. Please specify language requirements during the order confirmation stage.

After-Sales

Warranty, defect handling, and support

What is your warranty policy?

We provide a 12-month warranty on product quality defects from the date of shipment. This covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

What happens if I receive defective products?

If defective units are found upon arrival, please follow these steps:

  1. Document the defects with photos and a written description
  2. Contact our after-sales team within 30 days of receiving the shipment
  3. We will assess the issue and offer replacement units, spare parts, or credit compensation depending on the situation
Do you provide spare parts?

Yes. We can supply spare parts including inner pots, lids, steam valves, power cords, and other components. Spare parts can be ordered separately at cost price. We recommend customers order a small quantity of key spare parts together with their main order to support local after-sales service in their market.

Shipping

Freight, Incoterms, and delivery options

What shipping methods and Incoterms do you support?

We support the following shipping arrangements:

FOB Guangzhou CIF (Destination Port) EXW (Factory) DDP (Door-to-Door)

Sea freight (FCL/LCL) is the most common method for bulk orders. Air freight and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) are available for samples and urgent small shipments.

How long does sea freight take to reach my country?

Do you handle customs clearance and export documentation?

We handle all China-side export procedures and can provide the following documents:

Commercial Invoice Packing List Bill of Lading Certificate of Origin Test Reports MSDS (if required)

Import customs clearance at the destination port is the buyer's responsibility under FOB/CIF terms. We can recommend freight forwarders with experience in your region if needed.
