How long does it take to get a quotation?
We typically respond to inquiries within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Saturday, 9:00-18:00 CST). For detailed OEM/ODM quotes with custom specifications, please allow 1-2 business days. Providing clear product requirements (capacity, plug type, certifications, target market) will help us prepare a more accurate quote faster.
Can I request product samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we offer samples for evaluation before bulk production. Standard product samples are typically available within 3-7 business days. Custom OEM samples (with your logo and packaging) may take 10-15 business days. Sample fees are usually refundable upon confirmed bulk orders. Please contact us to discuss your sample requirements.

Standard production lead time is 25-35 days after order confirmation and deposit payment. Lead times may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, and current production schedule. Do you accept third-party factory inspections?
Yes, we welcome third-party inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or any other accredited inspection agency. We also accept pre-shipment inspections arranged by buyers. Our quality control team will cooperate fully with inspectors. Please inform us in advance so we can schedule accordingly.
