Automated spray coating systems for applying non-stick, double-sided non-stick, and ceramic coatings to aluminum and stainless steel inner pots.

Step-by-Step
Assembly Workflow
Every rice cooker passes through a structured, multi-stage assembly process -- ensuring consistent quality and performance in every unit shipped.

Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials and components undergo visual inspection, dimensional checking, and electrical testing before entering production.

Inner Pot & Housing Fabrication
Metal sheets are cut, punched, and formed into inner pots. Plastic components are injection-molded for housing, lids, and handles.

Surface Coating & Treatment
Inner pots receive non-stick, ceramic, or oxide coatings. Heating plates undergo specialized surface treatment for optimal heat distribution.

Electrical & PCB Assembly
Control boards, heating elements, thermostats, and wiring harnesses are assembled and integrated into the housing structure.

Final Assembly & Closure
All sub-assemblies are brought together -- housing, lid, inner pot, heating plate, and control panel -- and fastened to complete the unit.

QC Inspection & Testing
Each completed unit undergoes withstanding voltage testing, function testing, and visual inspection before being approved for packaging.
Rigorous Testing
at Every Stage
From incoming components to finished products, every unit is subjected to comprehensive electrical, functional, and safety testing -- meeting CE, CB, RoHS, GS, and INMETRO standards.
Withstanding Voltage Test
Hi-pot testing equipment applies high voltage between live parts and exposed metal surfaces to verify electrical insulation integrity.
Electrical Parameter Testing
Power consumption, current draw, and leakage current are measured against specification tolerances for each product model.
Cooking Function Test
Each unit is tested for cooking, warming, and heating functions -- verifying temperature control, automatic switch-off, and keep-warm performance.
Visual & Appearance Inspection
Trained QC inspectors check surface finish, coating quality, label accuracy, color consistency, and assembly completeness on every batch.
Safety Performance Test
Thermal cutoff, overheat protection, and pressure relief safety mechanisms are verified under simulated fault conditions.
Pre-Shipment Final Inspection
A comprehensive final inspection report is generated before each shipment, covering product, packaging, quantity, and documentation verification.
